Parisian-born artist Sarah Belfer discovered her passion for photography when she was gifted a camera for her fifth birthday, which unveiled to her the magic of freezing moments in time. It was a revelation that spoke to her innate fear of forgetting, a sentiment that will continue to shape her artistic journey.
In 2014, Sarah moved to Miami and transitioned from capturing candid photos of her loved ones to the world of fashion photography. This shift not only honed her technical skills but also opened up a realm of creative exploration through the art of photo editing.
For Sarah, the camera is not just a tool; it is a portal to a world where emotions find expression through the lens. Her muse? Flowers. She believes they  are able to convey the entire spectrum of human emotions — from grief, to love, gratitude, and forgiveness. In her hands, flowers become more than mere botanical entities; they transform into visual poetry, testifying to the beauty that unfolds to us, often unnoticed.
Sarah Belfer's artistic journey is a testament to the belief that every click of the shutter captures not just an image but a fragment of the human experience. She invites you to join her in exploring the fragility and beauty of life's ever fleeting moments: let us remember this tangle of thorns.
